Welcome! 3 Happy Dogs has been a well-established business since 2005. We are owned and operated by Lisa and Nick, a husband-and-wife team, since 2011. A professional pet sitting and dog walking company, we provide pet care services in your home. Being dedicated pet parents ourselves, we understand how important it is to have trusted care for your fur babies and for your home when traveling or away for work. That is why we work so hard to keep up with your pets' routines and schedules while you are away.
We care for all your pets, from dogs, cats, fish, exotic birds, farm animals, horses, and reptiles. We custom tailor our visits to best fit you and your pets' needs. We know how hard it is to leave your pets for vacation and workdays; we will spoil them as if they are our own. We're certified professional pet sitters and dog walkers. We're insured and bonded through Business Insurance of the Carolinas. We are both pet first aid certified with The American Red Cross. We are members in good standing with Pet Sitters International. We're trained to administer injections, sub-q fluids, and medications.
As homeowners, we understand the ins and outs of caring for, and securing your largest investment, as well as your beloved pets. We can assure you that there will always be someone available to care for your babies, even when life throws you unexpected travel, and time away from home. Good, concise, and open communication is one of the most important parts of the pet sit, and that is why you will hear from us at each visit with photos and videos of your babies!
Add your fur babies to our daily walk schedule and enjoy coming home to happy dogs that have had exercise, potty breaks, fresh water, treats, and belly rubs! We are flexible and can provide for your babies even if you have different weekly schedules and shift work.

I've always dreamed of owning my own company, so you can only imagine that I am living the dream now! After spending time in Corporate America, honing my business skills, I've worked in various animal industries, including a veterinarian office, and doggie daycare facilities.
Animals have been my passion since early childhood. From bringing home every stray cat I could find, to my dad telling me I could have a bunny, as long as I could catch it. What I didn't know, is that he knew way before I did, that I would never catch a wild rabbit. That didn't stop me from trying!
I began as a Pet Care Specialist, for 3 Happy Dogs, but what the owner saw in me was the perfect person to own the business, once she stepped away. I took over in 2011, and took the business to another level, winning many pet sitting business, and industry awards.
My love for animals means their needs come before anything else. I have the ability to sense when something isn't right, and as a leader in the industry, I can offer insights, and advice to enhance the animal human experience.
I am certified in pet first aid, and can also administer medications, injections, and Sub-Q fluids. I am also Pet Sitter Certified, through Pet Sitter International.

It always makes me sad to know that men are what most animals fear the most and I am happy to know that i can help them associate men with good things instead! I have been credited for bringing many dogs around by remaining calm, steady and consistent with them. Once they realise that I am a walking treat dispenser and the source of much love and exercise, that usually sets us up for a long relationship.
Growing up with pets, I decided to give up my nine to five career, and join up with my wife, to work 24/7 with no holidays, because this career is just that rewarding!
Like my wife and business partner, I am certified in pet first aid, and can also administer medications, injections and Sub-Q fluids. A bonus is that I am a successful and well seasoned pet photographer and will capture your pets in many frameable moments!

My name is Christina, and I have always had a deep love for animals-big, small, furry, and scaly alike. I find joy in helping shy animals come out of their shells and build trust, while also providing love and companionship to those who are already full of energy and confidence.
I have spent the last several years honing my skills as a professional pet sitter and dog walker. I truly believe there is not a more rewarding line of work anywhere! Everyday is a complete joy when I get to greet your fur babies and love them like my own rescues!
